A return to Hamilton saw a change of direction, some more study and a number of management accounting roles within the public sector. Having always enjoyed her work and with a desire to help others do the same, Megan then trained in career development through the University of Wollongong in Australia.
Working for the past four years as a career practitioner Megan is excited to work with a diverse client group including organisations, professionals, students, migrants, teens, parents returning to the workforce and job seekers.
Megan is particularly interested in using a client centred approach to her work that supports organisations and individuals to most successfully meet their needs for the long term. At the basis of all interactions is a positive regard for the client and their needs.
